So here I am working on a project where the partner is not quite what was expected. It’s almost like de ja vue from the conference I was just at.
Today I had an ephipany — no matter what keep your cool and be transparent. Easy? Not always and not really.. Who said life is easy!
But within these constraints I will still keep my goals & objectives in mind otherwise this partnership will surely get the best of me.
Some considerations when you are picking a partner;
1- do not pick in haste
2- express clearly what you expect and the timelines
3- set milestones
4- have penalties in place if the milestones are not delivered
5- be transparent
Overall I would say go with your gut!
